How We Work

Our therapeutic approaches

Tailored to You

We don't fit you to the therapy. We fit the therapy to you

No two people are the same, and no single therapeutic approach works for everyone. At your first appointment, your therapist will take time to understand you: your history, your goals, your nervous system, your preferences, before recommending an approach.

Many people benefit from a combination of approaches. For example, a client working on complex trauma might use Attachment-Informed EMDR for trauma processing, ACT to build day-to-day psychological flexibility, and Somatic Experiencing when the body needs more attention.

Your therapist will always discuss their approach with you, explain the rationale, and adjust as your needs change. You are always part of the decision.
