We welcome referrals from GPs, psychiatrists, paediatricians, and other allied health professionals. Below you'll find the information you need to make a referral and information about our current availability.

Making a Referral
How referrals work

Provide our details
Give your client our phone number (0477 110 953), website, or email address and ask them to make contact. They can also book directly online.

Send a referral letter (optional)
You're welcome to send a referral letter to admin@bloomwell-being.com.au. Include the client's name, presenting concerns, and any relevant clinical history.

MHCP paperwork
For Medicare-rebated sessions, clients need a current Mental Health Care Plan. They bring this to their first appointment or forward it in advance. We process Medicare claims on their behalf.
