Getting Started
How to use your gratitude journal
There's no right or wrong way to practice gratitude. Here are a few tips to help you get the most from your journal.
Set a time
Choose a consistent time each day. Morning or evening both work well.
Keep it simple
Write three things you noticed today. They don't need to be big.
Be specific
Instead of 'family', try 'the way my daughter laughed at dinner'.
