About Jemma
Therapeutic approach
Jemma is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and EMDRAA Consultant who founded Bloom Well-being to offer trauma-informed, identity-affirming care across regional Victoria and Australia. Her current work primarily focuses on EMDR consultation, clinical supervision, and professional development for therapists.
She brings deep empathy, insight, and authenticity to her practice, informed by her own lived experience of neurodivergence. Jemma is particularly drawn to supporting Autistic, ADHD, and gifted clients and clinicians, and specialises in complex trauma, dissociation, and attachment.
Jemma also runs Wilde Consulting, providing training and supervision for trauma-informed clinicians. She is LGBTIQI+ affirming and committed to genuinely inclusive, neuro-affirming care.
