Tash is passionate about creating a warm, down-to-earth space where people feel comfortable to talk openly. She brings varied industry experience and is grounded in positive psychology and resilience.

She works across the lifespan, from children to adults, and is particularly passionate about supporting children and families going through separation and other life transitions.

Tash believes that reaching out for support is a brave and powerful step, and aims for every session to feel like a meaningful conversation where you feel heard, understood, and supported to create lasting change.
